With the tummy tuck he was able to remove excess skin both in abdomen and along the lower abdominal flanks to give her a flatter abdomen and curvier waist. Also, after the fat that was taken out from those regions was processed, it was injected into her buttocks to enhance the shape of the buttocks area.
